Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is a journey leading to the comprehension of one’s full potential. It will enable you to fortify your competences, challenge your fears and self-criticism, and teach you to overcome self-restraining barriers.

The effectiveness of individual coaching can be maximised when preceded by The Leadership Circle Profile™ survey.

In the individual coaching process, you will:
- Focus on developing leadership power and on practical aspects of leadership, always in the context of current challenges that you face daily,
- Recognise and name your own limitations and barriers, and understand how to approach them as an effective leader,
- Develop your capacity for energising and engaging people in joint creation,
- Learn how to create value from disagreement and conflict,
- Learn how to manage the VUCA reality (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity), and adapt and use all available resources in an effective manner,
- Understand that discomfort is a leader’s natural environment, and that risk is a powerful leadership competence,
- Get to know what kind of impact you have on others, and learn how to change it,
- Be able to champion change and transformation by challenging the status quo,
- Become capable of mentoring and developing others, new leaders included.
