Conscious leadership

Executive Staff Development Programme

The world needs conscious, responsible, courageous, and passionate leaders capable of committing others to the delivery of a mission or to transformation. Firms and organisations need such leaders as well. The modern-day leader has a choice of and access to numerous tools of personal and company development. Yet he will be left alone with the decision who he wants to be to others and what kind of leadership culture he will create, the type of organisation managed notwithstanding. What will the importance of his mission and stakes be? What kind of leadership style will be assumed? What brand will he choose, and why will so much depend on who he is and will evolve into?

Modules:

  • CONSCIOUS AND STRONG LEADER
  • LEADER IN RELATIONSHIPS
  • LEADER AS AN INITIATOR OF CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION

*The programme is always adjusted to meet client needs.
*The programme can follow the Leadership Circle Profile™ diagnosis

The Method

The leadership development programme is not a manual to instruct leaders that they should have vision, goals, and values, and that development depends on supporting others, building committed teams, confidence, and mutual respect. They know that already. Neither does the programme facilitate meetings with people of success telling others how they got to where they are today. Such stories can be found in books. The programme has been based on profound introspection, raising awareness, understanding true strength, and shedding light on anything restricting leadership. It will allow the design and implementation of behaviour change strategies, and the development of self-discipline. While the process may be difficult, painful even, it may also be encouraging and satisfying. This is the only path to leadership development – and to fulfilment.

Transformational leadership - from EGO to ECO

Transformational leadership development program for leaders and the organization

The workshop will allow you to understand the conditions of transformational leadership and the dynamics of organizational behavior. Participants will learn about the oppositional character structures of leaders - expansive and submissive - and their mutual dynamics in the organization. The workshop will create a space to learn about your leadership potential and to recognize the dynamics of your own behaviors - both those that increase the effectiveness of leadership and those that weaken it - and will allow you to use a set of personal and individual tools for influencing others. Participants will recognize their own limitations and internal barriers and ways to deal with them.

* The program may be preceded by The Leadership Circle Profile™ or Collective Leadership Assessment™ diagnostics

A conscious and powerful Woman

A series of 4 workshop sessions

The workshop is co-led with Magdalena KÄ…kolewska, art historian, the founder of Art Transfer Foundation, president of Hestia Artistic Journey Foundation.

A woman enjoys the sense of managing her own life. And what could be more empowering than a sense of self-esteem, dignity, certainty in aspiring to one’s own goals, and being a LEADER for oneself, for one’s family, team of employees, company, or organisation? Development workshops focusing on self-discovery through contact with art will allow you to uncover your own potential, overcome your limitations, notice your inner richness and multi-dimensionality, and take advantage of your strength.

Workshop formula

The unique workshop formula (applicable to all modules) involves a) initial personal encounter with art and experiencing its influence, and b) the use of experience gained in a development process, which – based on awareness expanded THROUGH the impact of art – allows the discovery and improvement of one’s own potential, followed by true effort to focus on personal development.

The Shift

Does our role in an organization change when we are promoted to a managerial position? Yes. Do we need to change our behavior? It's not enough. This situation will require a transformation towards a leader responsible for the team and for the development of a leadership culture in the organization we are part of. From now on, our impact on the organization and the environment will be greater, and the quality of our leadership will translate into the business performance of our team and the entire organization.
