I am a consultant and leadership coach for executive staff and managers in business, academia and culture, an inspirational speaker, and a publicist. I deliver original leadership programmes to businesses, cultural and higher education institutions.
I support leaders in their struggle with self-limiting barriers, and in releasing their authenticity, potential, and courage to follow a vision. I believe that a leader’s strength lies in their unique style, contagious inspiration, true influence, skill of developing trust, contribution to the development of others, and becoming the source of inspiration driving action.
I am the Ambassador of The Leadership Circle® in Poland and run surveys determining the level of leadership effectiveness, competences and limiting behaviors of a leader: Leadership Circle Profile™ (for leaders and managers) and Collective Leadership Assessment™ (which serves to study the culture of leadership in the entire organization or its selected part).
I have 27 years of managerial experience in building strategy, organization development, creating organizational systems and processes, marketing, communication, project management, knowledge management.
I worked in The British Council Poland in the fields of project management, PR management, seved as Head of Marketing. I had the pleasure to serve in The British General Consulate and UK Trade and Investments in New York. In 2011-2017 was the Head of the Knowledge Management Department in the Adam Mickiewicz Institute in Warsaw.
Currently I work directly with clients as a leadership expert. I am also a trainer and expert at the ICAN Institute.
